..... IS GREAT!!
Over the blog break, Nolan turned a whole 1/2 year old!! His stats are now:
Weight: 16 lbs, 9 oz
Height: 26 inches
Head Circumference : I can't remember, but 50%ile
He LOVES to eat, with his favorites being sweet potatoes, any fruit, cereal with any flavoring, and PUFFS PUFFS PUFFS! He is sitting up with ease, loves to play with blocks, his cell phone, and his music toys (drum, tambourine, and maraca). Jon and I have decided he for sure has a shy side. When people are around, especially kids, he is very reserved and prefers to watch them then be the center of attention. Once he's comfortable and there are a few less people around, he can be loud, silly, and full of smiles. He also LOVES to dance and claps now and has quite a rhythm already! He continues to be a Mommas boy... mostly by default, but I'm not complaining. He is also somewhat dramatic, especially when it comes to coughing! :)

This is one of those pictures he will probably hate someday! You would think that he hates this squash but in fact.... he is ticked that there is none left!! :)
And finally, Jon and I got a great night out for his firm's Christmas party a few weekends ago. Our friend Leslie was so kind to watch him and make it through the brief night time fit he throws when mom isn't putting him to sleep. He must have been having some wicked dreams b/c his hair looked like this when he woke up! :)
In summary, we are loving 6 months!!
