The park, the zoo, and a much needed haircut!!

Things are in full swing around here! The days go by sooo fast together, but there are lots of fun moments in each one of them! I am still working, so both boys are going to school during the day. Joshua just graduated from kindergarten this past week, so he starts SUMMER CAMP tomorrow! He's excited! Nolan is getting ready to possibly transition to the toddler room, so there will be some rough days ahead I'm sure. He LOVES his teachers now- he's going to be so lost! :(

Jon has been crazy busy at work- which is good and bad. We miss him around home, but he loves the work and is really growing in his career. Vacation is just around the corner, so that gets us through the weeks where we don't see a whole lot of him!

Last weekend we took the boys to the park for a picnic and fun. Nolan got a hold of a drumstick and went to town! :) This child will eat anything you put in front of him!!

That Sunday we made our first trip to the zoo together. Nolan LOVED it. He could spot the animals really well and would yell at them. He did even better than I thought he might. I think the safari hat really put him in the zone!

We ended up getting rained out by noon so we headed home for lunch. This was the oreo from his lunchable. He is his mothers child!!

Saturday we finally broke down and took him for his first haircut. I've heard a lot of people talk about Cookie Cutters- it really is genius! He picked out a movie to watch, got to sit in the cool race car, Josh played the Wii while we waited and everyone was happy!

She gave him a funny faw-hawk that lasted less than 2 minutes. :)

And finally.... we went swimming in Gimi and Pappy's pool yesterday. It was pretty cold but a fun time was had by all. Nolan got these new sunglasses and was watching himself in the mirror and loving it! :)
