Our Trip to Florida

I'm thankful to finally have gotten these pictures up. There are so many but we had such a wonderful time that I wanted to get this up for everyone to enjoy. April 17-24 my parents invited us along on a vacation to Orlando. Jon's parents blessed my parents with a Christmas gift to their time-share in Orlando so we booked the dates and had a wonderful vacation! Thanks to both sets of parents for letting us have one last hoorah as Jon and Heather.

As I mentioned before, we got to stay at Jon's parent's time-share which is beautiful and enough fun to do nothing else but stay there all week. But of course you can't go to Orlando without doing a park.
One of many pools we enjoyed throughout the week- temps were in the 70's-80's all week and we only had one day of straight rain that forced us to relax- which we needed to do!
We got in late Saturday evening and had pizza by the pool and a late night dip.
Love you guys! (My mom and dad)
The best $5 we spent on the trip. Izabel was a little fish once she had these goggles to entertain her! She looks quite hilarious but couldn't have cared less! Oh to be 5 again!
Pool time
Soaking up the sun
And of course enjoying the poolside drinks (virgin for me)

This was the rainy day I was talking about earlier. Fortunately, we could just hang out on the patio and play games. It was fun.

The resort has a ton of things to entertain their guests- the guys played tennis a few times and then ping pong

This is the putt-putt course they have:

On Tuesday, we headed to Animal Kingdom, which none of us had ever visited before. It was beautiful and a lot of fun.

Yes- Izabel is crying in this picture. She wasn't too sure about all of the rides and she HATED Bugs Life, which is a 3D theatre. Poor thing! It was really fun for adults though. :)

Meeting a princess
The Lion King show

This lady was really cool- can you see her- she's a tree walking amongst the crowd
The tree of life in the middle of the park
One of the rides at the park
Jon and my mom went. My mom was sweet to go b/c she didn't want Jon to go alone. I think she regretted it the minute she got in line. Ha. She did it though!
We also saw Finding Nemo- the musical

Izabel- you looks so beautiful!
The river raft ride
On Wednesday, we headed to Cocoa Beach which was one of our favorite days! There's just something about the ocean that is so much fun!
Izabel loved it and was in the water the entire time!

This guy was disgusting- he had food for the pigeons and this was clearly a daily event for him. They would just sit all over him. Unfortunately, we were just a few 10 feet away, so all the pigeons visited us too!!

Attempting to look decent in a swimsuit at 35 weeks pregnant! :)
My mom, dad, and Jon enjoyed boogie boarding all day. They loved it!
It doesn't look at that sunny but it really was warm all day. Two cute girls:
On Thursday, we headed to Magic Kingdom. This is us riding the ferry over:

Our first look at the castle:

One of Izabel's favorite rides:
Izabel was driving- so fast we couldn't catch a good picture!
It's a Small World- the longest we waited in line was 20 min- it was a great day!
The Robinson's Tree House:

Our little princess
Wanting to see it on Aunt Heather
Two of a kind:
The conclusion to a great day!
Our last day was beautiful, sunny weather so we spent almost all day at the pool. Right where Izzie wanted to be!

And last but not least- saying goodbye

We had such a wonderful trip and it was the vacation of a lifetime for my parents and Izzie! My parents had never been to Florida and they loved it! Izabel kept saying- why is it always warm here?!? I think she liked it too! :) Thanks again to our parents for blessing us with this trip too!
